Sam B's is riding the green wave! That means we're offering a fine new assortment
of fresh specialty salads, each complemented by a selection of delicious homemade
salad dressings.
Going Green at Sam B's also includes a new healthful menu that's completely
free of trans fats. For our vegetarian guests, meatless options have been added throughout
our bistro-style menu, and our Dinner Features menu includes a vegetarian option every weekend.
The drinking water at Sam B's is purified, and all of our coffees, teas and soft drinks are
made with purified water. Sam B's coffees and espressos are always brewed with freshly ground
beans roasted locally by our friends at
