"Sam B's well-prepared food, professional service and assistance in planning combined to make a surprise retirement dinner for my wife a perfect evening for her and our 45 guests. Sam B's catering Web site made the menu selection extremely easy. The two main entries — prime rib au jus and pecan chicken — received many compliments, as did the gourmet dessert tray and the excellent service provided by Sharon Downs. Both Sandy Daum and Sharon were eager to assist me in setting up the decorations. And Sandy and Kathy Walker were very helpful in discussing plans for the evening. I was very pleased that I selected Sam B's for this once-in-a-lifetime event.‎"

"My wife and I were traveling down Interstate 75 and around lunch time decided to try a downtown Bowling Green eatery. We took a chance on Sam B's and were pleasantly surprised and pleased. The place wasn't jammed at lunch and we were seated promptly. Our service was great and our lunch dishes were excellent."
